Coooooool!
Eileen got me a fisheye lens adaptor for our anniversary, and I’ve been having fun with the effect I get when I zoom in with it on my 17-85 lens, but there hasn’t been a light source in the background like the one in the Thomas House (Christmas lights, basically) before. I wonder why they ended up that shape? There’ll be more of these going up on Goldenplec soon, I was just excited about this one.

Crows in the Thomas House
I’ve been trying for months now to get decent pictures of the lead singer of Crows and Driveway, with his running around in front of the stage where the lights aren’t. Finally managed it at this show, I think!

Evan (Into It. Over It) played this one song that, he said, really needed a full band for one part because the riff just sounds silly on an acoustic guitar, so he asked everyone to just go nuts for those ten seconds or so to make it seem less silly. These were the results!

Into It. Over It in the Thomas House.

I didn’t know Into It. Over It very well before this gig, but my friend really recommended him and I knew the support bands, so I went to check it out. He was great, though! Really glad I went. Great mix of lively and slow folk-punk songs, and loads of great stories. People who are actually good at between-song talking deserve more praise!

I swear it got darker for Into It. Over It, but I got some brighter photos. I like this one despite how dark it is, though.
